  4. Sprinkle kosher salt on the top.
  5. Finally, bake at 250 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. During the midway, flip the banana slices. The slices should be crispy. If the bananas require extra time do bake another 1/2 an hour.
  6. Then, let it cool before storing it in a glass container.

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Next, take a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, pour in dry ingredients, flour blend, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt. Whisk. With a separate bowl, add in all wet ingredients egg, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir to mix. Knead the dough.
  4. Furthermore, apply flour on a surface and place batter on top. Then, knead the batter. Separate into 3 – 4 balls, press one ball, and roll out with a rolling pin into a rectangle shape.
  5. Take a small bowl, mix the fillings sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and vegan butter.
  6. Scoop the filling on the batter and leave the border clean.
  7. Roll the batter tightly into a coil, cut each piece into 2 – 3 inches each piece. Then, place the roll on the baking tray. Brush egg washes all over each piece.

1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour

brown sugar 1/4 cup

unsalted butter 1/4 cup

molasses 1/4 & 1/8 cup

1 egg replacer or 1 egg (room temperature)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

dash of nutmeg

dash of clove

pinch of salt


  1. In a microwave, melt the butter.
  2. With a small bowl, add in sugar, egg replacer, and molasses. Afterward, do whisk together.
  3. Next, in another bowl add in flour, spice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Wrap the top of the bowl, store in the fridge for 1/2 an hour. This will allow the dough to stay in shape while forming the balls.
  5. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees. Then, place the parchment paper on the baking tray.
  6. Hence, Scoop the dough with a spoon. Indeed, shape the dough into a ball put on a baking tray. Then, flatten the ball slightly. Finally, do the same with three small balls for the toes.
  7. Later, bake for 10minutes.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool.
  9. Enjoy!

These cookies are soft. Besides this, they remind me of a soft cake with slight spices. In particular, the cookie takes on a bear paw shape which anyone can use a cookie cutter, be super creative by drawing with icing or roll the batter into balls and shape it. Besides, children would love to bake or decorate these cookies. Thus, It should be noted that bear paw can take on a pastry form with a buttery exterior. Unquestionably, adults and kids can have a lot of fun with this.

Soft Gooey Chocolate Chip Treat. Summer is here. It is all about cold treats for the summertime. My children love ice cream. They can’t seem to get enough. The weather is getting hotter. Therefore, more cold treats. Lately, I have been making popsicle smoothies. What would be fun is a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. A soft gooey treats.

Soft Gooey Chocolate Chip Treat


  • 2 tbsp. cookie oil

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips


  • Firstly, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
  • With a bowl, scoop in coconut oil. Then, add in the syrup. Blend together. Once done, crack an egg into the bowl
  • Finally, add in vanilla extract and mix together.
  • Use a separate bowl, mix in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Pour dry mixture into the wet mixtures. Therefore, add in the chocolate chips.
  • Take a spoon, scoop a big scoop into a baking sheet.
  • Afterward, bake for 8 minutes. Let cookie bake until golden brown. Allow it to cool.
  • Place an airtight container.

Ice cream sandwich

When the cookie is cool enough, use a spoon to spread the ice cream on the bottom or flat part of the cookie. Best to have an ice cream sandwich right away. If prepared ahead to store in the freezer, the cookie might be soggy. Fun sandwich by making unique ice cream a flavor like salted Carmel. Nothing like a homemade ice cream sandwich. Add in chopped nuts to the ice cream for a crunch to the sandwich. How about adding sprinkles to the ice cream.

I love trying new recipes. Experimenting with new ones, I enjoy making what my children like to eat. My children can be snack monsters. It is always good they have good appetize and loves to eat. My mom loves trying new dishes I believe I got this from her. Therefore, I love the challenge of trying to make something different or new. It is fun. Sometimes it can be stressful but once you get this it is very rewarding. This time is time for donut snacks.

Lately, my son seems to have a love for donuts. Timbites. He loves the little donut with fillings. He is little. Timbites are prefect size for him. And, my son can eat a lot of the Timbits. They are easy for him to eat and not messy. Nothing like making homemade donuts. There is always time for donut snack.

Donut Recipe


1 1/2 cup of whole wheat all-purpose flour

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 large egg

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

oil for frying 1/2 – 1 cup

1/2 cup sugar(sprinkle on top)


  1. In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and butter. Combine.
  2. Put the dry ingredient in. Mix to combine.
  3. In a small pot. Add oil. Warm oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Use a small round ice cream scoop. Cook five to six donut at a time.
  5. Flip to allow the other side to cook. Once the donut turns brown. Cook for 1-2 minutes. The donut is ready.
  6. Once done. Place on a paper towel. Sprinkle sugar on top. It is time for donut.

Tips for Donut Making

Before frying donut, make sure there is enough oil in the pot. About one cup of oil or more. Don’t let donut hit the bottom of the pot when placed in the pot.

The frying temperature should be 360 – 375-degree Fahrenheit

Donut is fun to eat. Not only my children love them. I have fun eating them. Sometimes Mom needs a little sugar to deal with the high energy kids. There is always a time for donut snack.
