2 cup Greek yogurt
1 English cucumber(diced)
1 tsp kosher salt
1 clove of garlic(minced)
1 zest of lemon
1 lemon juice (2 tbsp)
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and salt
- For thicker yogurt, do strain yogurt with a cheesecloth.
