Chinese Parsley to Soothe Itchy Skin

During the time Charchar was dealing with her skin rash or her eczema. We did not know what Charchar is allergic to or what she is sensitive to. She would scratch her skin, it could be due to the things she eats on a daily basis we don’t know. I am constantly guessing what is making her itchy. It is tough. I made her a bath soak to help soothe her skin.

Chinese Parsley Bath

Ingredients:

1 bunch of organic Chinese parsley

500ml water

Instruction:

  1. In a large pot, fill half the pot with half a pot of water. Let it boil
  2. Once the water boils, add in Chinese parsley. Let it simmer.
  3. Let it cook for 1/2 an hour to 1 hour.
  4. Turn off the heat. Let it cool. Then, fill bath water. Pour in the strained Chinese parsley water. Mix with the bath water.

The Affect

I gave Charchar a bath with the Chinese Parsley water every day, it helps to cool the redness from her skin. The skin does not seem as irritated. Charchar seems to scratch less than before. Tip: whenever she would want to scratch, I would give her an ice pack to help with the itchiness.
