Sweet bread with chocolate chip

A sweet bread with chocolate chip. An easy breakfast item I love-making. A quick simple recipe. The natural ripe banana makes the banana bread sweeter. Therefore, this recipe does not require a lot of sugar. Once the more ripe the banana, the tastier the banana loaf. I added two banana but the recipe can have 4 ripe bananas. Ripe bananas make the loaf moist and delicious.

Tasty Loaf

To make the loaf extra tasty, do try adding other dried fruits like cranberry or blueberries. For a more moist bread, add olive oil to the batter. The oil adds more moisture to the batter.
