1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca pearl 6 cup water
- Soak red bean overnight.
- Fill a pot with water. Once boiled, add red bean. Turn down the heat. Allow it to simmer for one hour. Stir regularly.
- Add the sugar. When the sugar dissolves, add tapioca pearl. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir constantly.
- After the tapioca become translucent. If the dessert too thick, do add more water. Let it cook until desired thickness.
