  2. Fill a pot with water. Once boiled, add red bean. Turn down the heat. Allow it to simmer for one hour. Stir regularly.
  3. Add the sugar. When the sugar dissolves, add tapioca pearl. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir constantly.
  4. After the tapioca become translucent. If the dessert too thick, do add more water. Let it cook until desired thickness.
