Therefore, I decided to try the meatloaf recipe without ground beef since someone in my household cannot have beef. Moreover, the ingredient to make meatloaf is similar to a meatball. Therefore, it is rather simple to make.

Ingredients:

1lb ground pork

3 garlic (minced)

2 tbsp dijon mustard

2 egg

1 tbsp parsley

salt

black pepper

1/2 cup yellow onion (diced)

1/2 cup bread crumb

1 tbsp Worcestershire

Topping:

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then, apply parchment paper or aluminum foil and brush oil.
  2. With a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the topping ingredients.
  3. Next, bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Following, in a small bowl mix all the ingredients, and when the meatloaf is done. Then, apply topping on top of the meatloaf. Furthermore, bake for another 10 – 15 minutes.
