Instructions:

  1. First, in a medium-size bowl mix melted vegan butter and brown sugar. Next, add in eggs, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract. Mix.
  2. Turn on the stove and add oil, then dip the toast in the egg mixture and place on the pan. Let the toast cook for 5 – 10 minutes. And then, flip the toast. The toast should be golden brown.
  3. Finally, use up all the toast and egg mixture.
  4. Last but not least, serve with powder sugar and maple syrup.
