Ingredient:
1 gluten-free loaf
1/2 cup brown sugar

6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup non-dairy milk
cinnamon for topping
Instructions:
- First, in a medium-size bowl mix melted vegan butter and brown sugar. Next, add in eggs, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract. Mix.
- Turn on the stove and add oil, then dip the toast in the egg mixture and place on the pan. Let the toast cook for 5 – 10 minutes. And then, flip the toast. The toast should be golden brown.
