This helps a lot on the days where you are running around a lot with kids’ activities and not much time to cook. You prepare ahead and throw it in the freezer. When I am short on time, I go to my freezer crockpot meals in the freezer. This helps with the stress level and the exhaustion.

  • Making a dish, if you need onions, prepare a day ahead of time. Prepare a day before to save on time.

Tips for Asian Cooking:

  • prepare the vegetables before cooking
  • Allow the wok to become hot then add oil
  • Add starches close to the end

Time with Family

Our family does tend to eat chicken and fish more often. Chicken is easier for toddlers to eat since they do not have all their molars yet. Also, the meat texture is not as tough as beef. Therefore, it is easier to chew. Fish is very easy for children to have and the omega-3s are very good for their brain. Having fish weekly, this will give the children healthy skin. The fats help the skin to be thick, supple, and hydrated. Do try crockpot honey garlic chicken.
