What are crepes? These crepes are thin pancakes. Originated from France. In this past, these are made from salt, water, and flour. The mixture is spread with a wooden scraper to ensure it is round and thin. Thin pancakes can be simple or complex.

Snack

These Coconut flour crepes are high in protein. The treats are nice and thin. Fantastic on the go snacks. An easy one would be with Nutella spread on the inside. Switch the crepe by changing the filling, how about using ricotta to make it creamy. To make a fun snack, let the children drizzle the chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup on top. Building their crepe would be very exciting and fun. Do try coconut flour crepes.

Do try soup good for the body like watercress soup you can have regularly to increase water intake. I would love to try more Chinese soups. And, I would love to try soups like Egg drop soup.
