The weather is changing quickly. It is getting colder. The fall is here. I have been having a busy September with the new school year. This has been non-stop busy. I love having a warm beverage in the fall. Nice soothing cozy drink. My husband always has a nice cup of apple cider during the fall. The Fall
I love this crockpot warming apple cider for the fall. This recipe is simple. Great for busy moms. You throw them in the crockpot and forget about it. Mulled beverage feels like the fall season. The aroma smells wonderful. If you add a slice of orange and cranberry in the crockpot. The crockpot looks nice and bright. Very cheerful. The color makes very festive. Nothing like sitting in front of a fireplace with a warm cup of beverage.
Crockpot Apple Cider
Ingredients:
8 gala apples
1/2 cup brown
sugar
4 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tbsp. clove
10 cup of water
Instructions:
- Cut apples into quarters. Put in crockpot.
- Put in cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, allspice, and water
- Let the crockpot cook for 3 hours on high.
- You can mash apple for more flavors. Add in brown sugar.
- Cook for another 1 – 3 hours.
- Remove solids. Pour the liquid in a jug.
Note: this last in the fridge for one week.

Apple cider is a delicious beverage. My children enjoy a cup because apple makes it sweet. This drink contains vitamin C and antioxidants. Great for the heart.
