My husband has been working really late due to crazy deadlines. He has been really exhausted and has been working lots of overtime. 1 cup oatmeal (dry)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chip
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. chia seed
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped walnut
1/4 cup flax seed
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refridgerate for 20mins.
- Use a spoon to scoop out.
- Roll the ingredients into a ball.
